In April 2004, I was a worried man. I had changed my job and despite an increase in salary, my net salary was stagnant. The ‘tax component’ was increasing! I Ravi Vishwanath have been a LIC policy holder for last 20 years. I have taken policies from various agents in Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bangalore. Most of the agents keep in touch with a person as long as their policy is taken and after that, they don’t come forward for reminding you about the premium payments in time. Besides this they don’t help when there is any problem ; relocation etc.

Mr. Prakash Mahidhar is an exception to what has been mentioned above. He not only keeps in touch, but also reminds you in time about policy premium payments and goes out of the way to resolve relocation problems at any point of time even though the policy holder has taken policies from other agents, who don’t respond to the holder.
